Shipping Methods

·        Curbside Delivery

For items that are heavy or are too bulky for Ground Shipping, Curbside Delivery is the preferred method. The standard transit time for Truck Freight Shipment, delivery usually takes between 7 and 15 days from when your order ships. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal, the driver will only ship the merchandise to the curb side of your address which is regulated in the terms of Standard Flat Rate Shipping. Curbside delivery provides delivery made to curb at the end of your driveway. A lift gate on truck is not provided. If Lift Gate is requested, additional charges will apply. It is not the diver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, ect. A signature will be required upon delivery, please inspect the item prior to signing the POD.

·        Local Pickup

No shipping fees! We offer local pickup for customers willing to arrange their own pickup from our City of Industry, CA main distribution warehouse. For Local Pickup, Please choose Will Call from Zip 91731 after you adding the item to cart.

Please order on line first due to it will take a few days of processing if the item needs to be moved from another warehouse. Shipping estimates can be provided in the event that you are unable to pick up the item after selecting Local Pickup. Only available on orders placed on our store. Requests for local pickup for orders purchased from other channels such as promotional auctions will carry a handling fee. Please contact us to arrange for local pickup options.

 A fleet of trucks is always on standby to quickly deliver orders in states near our warehouse and distribution center.


Shipping Policy

·         Shipping time

The item normally leaves our facility within five working days after received your payment. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery to reach your home or office. Please keep in mind large item takes longer time to arrive. When your orders are shipped out, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

·         Shipping Notification


The shipping company will contact you when they arrive in your town. You must provide your correct shipping address and phone number when make payment. You must be at home or your office to accept delivery. Otherwise, it may incur your shipment delay and additional charges.


·         Shipping Terms


The delivery drivers are not insured to bring your merchandise inside your home. The delivery does not include unpacking, setup/assemble, removal. If the merchandise is shipped on pallets, please assist the delivery man in unloading the merchandise. Otherwise, the freight company may charge a lift gate fee on your part which is not included in the shipping and handling fees you have paid.


·         Upon Delivery


Please inspect the packaging and content for any damage that may have occurred while in transit and have it signed by the carrier/driver and Send us a description and digital photograph of the damaged items/parts within 7 days. Please know that we can not assist you in your claim for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been signed and accepted upon delivery, or any supporting document and photo received by me after the 7 days period.




Once a customer has been issued a tracking number, the order is shipped and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

You MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery and SIGN bill of lading. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the bill of lading and accept the delivery and contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please call us on the next business day. If you did not note damage on the bill of lading, we cannot be responsible for this damage and may have a problem to reimburse you.

·         All of our products carry a New Product Warranty that promises an item is new and in original condition upon arrival. This warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping/handling damage. We can provide replacements or parts if a defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item.

·         If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within 30 days of the ship-out date, and we will provide replacement parts for you, free of charge.

·         While Furniturehubs works to fulfill the New Product Warranty for our customers, the actual warranty is offered by the manufacturers of our items. Furniturehubs acts as a mediator in the process of warrantee fulfillment, and cannot be held liable for the actual fulfillment of the warranties.

·         Please note that new parts do not carry a new warranty, they are considered extensions of the original item warranty and are subject to the same time constraints regarding notification and fulfillment.

·         Due to processing, warranty fulfillment may take many weeks to complete.
